Cycle Spirit London’s return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer you a credit note to the value of the purchase made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase should also be provided for us to process the claim.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges or associated cost in connection with the purchase, unless there is an error on our side.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as bicycle inner tubes and tyres cannot be returned, unless developed a fault. For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Items, that have been altered or customised in any way will need to be inspected, as customisation may void your warranty and therefore items may not be covered. In any instance, please contact us directly. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase or delivery

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for any other reason, send us an email at info@cyclespirit.com. Please include your full name, email address, order ID or transaction ID (if you made purchase directly from our store) If possible, then please attach a copy or image of purchase receipt.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, you should send your items to the following address including your order and contact details.

In any instance, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs of returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or added to your balance. Alternatively, you can drop items directly to store. The time it may take for your exchanged items to reach you, may vary, depending on your location.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.

We will refund to you the price paid for the items and (unless you did not pay for delivery) the delivery charges that you paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery option. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled items or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of return from you. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

The newest addition to Pelago’s bike lineup is Pelago Åbo, a bike named after old Finnish capital, Turku which in Swedish is ‘Åbo’. You might not know that Finland is a country with two official languages, Finnish and Swedish. This means that a lot of places are known by two names. It creates richness to culture, a shared history which exists in everyday life of city dweller.
Pelago wants to tribute the Swedish language heritage of Finland with a new model which combines the familiar with subtle twist. Åbo combines the style and geometry of chic Capri packaged in a Brooklyn spec-level with a new color scheme.

With or without accessories – Åbo is a daily tool

New beautiful, pale yellow color is sweet and subtle, and will brighten your day. Pelago Åbo is a simple 3-speed bike for daily riding, but works also for shorter trips out of town. Pelago Åbo is available in two sizes: M & L.
Puncture protected Schwalbe Delta Cruiser tyres roll smoothly even on a cobblestone streets (like they have in the old town of Åbo) and strong double wall alloy rims are durable enough for rough rides, too. Like any other Pelago bikes, Pelago Åbo works perfectly with Pelago racks – both rear and front. Pelago Åbo is an addition to the popular women’s bike category.

SIZING

• Frame size (1) is measured from the center of the Bottom Bracket Axis to the top of the Top Tube.

• Rider Height suggests the average sizing for the bike-rider fit. If your height is between two sizes, choose the smaller size for more comfortable riding position.

• Stand Over Height (2) tells the height of the top tube measured from the ground. Your Inseam should always be higher than the Stand Over Height. (2)
